We love wildlife. We know wildlife.

Welcome to RD Wildlife Management.   We are your residential and commercial wildlife exclusion specialists.  Sometimes, wildlife breach the invisible interface between our backyard and the safety of our homes.  Our objectives are to minimize conflicts quickly and effectively, so that people continue appreciating and valuing wildlife.

We celebrate North American wildlife.  Our website not only expresses the philosophy of our company, but we hope that it depicts the beauty and wonder of wildlife.

We love wildlife.  We know wildlife.  And we want to share that with others.

Science.
We are professional wildlife biologists with knowledge of biology, animal behavior, disease ecology, population dynamics, and wildlife damage management. We are passionate about wildlife research, education and conservation initiatives and as such, are members of the Wildlife Disease Association, the Wildlife Society, Bat Conservation International, North American Society for Bat Research, Southwestern Association of Naturalists and the American Society of Mammalogists. Additionally, we are proud to be on the Wildlife Society's Invasive Species, Urban Wildlife, Wildlife Damage Management, and Wildlife Diseases Working Groups.
Technology.
We utilize contemporary findings, techniques, and technology to proffer our clients effective and humane management alternatives. We provide a quality of animal welfare unprecedented among wildlife management companies. When capture is necessary, we employ continuous monitoring systems, which provide us immediate notification of captured animals. Our primary objective is to effectively mitigate human wildlife conflicts, while minimizing stress to individual animals.
Management.
Conover (2002) defines wildlife damage management as “the science and practice of increasing the value of the wildlife resource by reducing the negative values of wildlife.” Many wildlife species thrive along the wildland urban interface where they naturally enter developments and the lives of people. Successful wildlife damage management must incorporate human behavior and socioeconomic constraints as well as wildlife biology, behavior, and population dynamics. We provide our clients effective and humane strategies to minimize negative human wildlife interactions.
