One of the things we do best is educate. Whether you hire us or not, we want you, our potential client, to have the most accurate, honest information – whether that’s information about the exclusion process, appropriate timetables (for example, do not hire a company that says they can exclude bats during summer months; an ethical and responsible company will delay exclusion until early fall or will offer interior exclusion – this protects both you and bats), disease risk (a company that fearmongers, by emphasizing disease risk, to secure your business is not trustworthy or ethical), or appropriate product options.
